About Iwan Harsono
Iwan Harsono is a senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics University of Mataram. He received his Masters degree at School of Economics the University of New England Armidale Australia & Doctoral degree in Economics at the University of Brawijaya Malang East Java Indonesia. He joined as faculty at University of Mataram, where he is teaching since 1987.
His main research interests are in the areas of Poverty, Agricultural Economics, Quantitative Economics, and Regional Economics. He has writen widely in newspapers and conferences. He has focused in the last few years on the research issues in . He has participated in national & International Conferences etc.
He is closely associated with many companies and local government institutions as a consultant, offering advice in planning, selection, implementation and evaluation Regional Budget, Poverty Program Evaluation, and Implementation of Regional Autonomy.
